  • Product Representation: We endeavor to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to digital screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

  • Pricing and Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to update product information at any time. In the event of a significant error, we may cancel the related order(s) and notify you.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory limitations.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of  State of California， without regard to its conflict of law rules.

  • Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@ushions.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

  • Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the site or products shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes claims based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
