We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. By using our website, you agree to pay for all charges through this method.

2. Pricing and Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees that your financial institution or PayPal may apply. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our site.

3. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by PayPal. Your financial details are encrypted and protected by PayPal’s security systems and terms. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

4. Authorization and Verification
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full order total (including merchandise, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees) to your PayPal account. To ensure security and prevent fraud, we may request additional verification information before finalizing any transaction.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees
Product prices displayed do not include sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, or import fees. You are solely responsible for paying any and all such charges that may be levied by your local authorities upon delivery. We cannot estimate or control these costs.

6. Order Confirmation and Validity
Your order is considered valid only after: (a) we send you an official Order Confirmation email, and (b) your PayPal payment has been fully authorized and cleared (showing a status of “Completed” in our system). We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully finalized or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. PayPal User Agreement

Any disputes or claims related to PayPal’s buyer protection programs must be resolved directly between you and PayPal in accordance with their policies. We will cooperate by providing necessary transaction details to facilitate such resolutions.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ushions shall not be liable for any financial loss, delays, or issues arising from the use of PayPal’s services, including but not limited to payment processing errors, account holds, or disputes managed by PayPal.
